Under general supervision, the HVAC Technician performs skilled, journey-level duties in the inspection, servicing, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and system controls. Provides technical assistance to other maintenance personnel and responds to emergency plumbing situations as required.

Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent supplemented by additional training in at least one journey level area. Licenses/Certificates: • Class C Driver''s License is required • EPA Universal Technician Certificate (Section 608)
