About the Role

As an HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. You'll help homeowners make informed decisions, perform high-quality workmanship, and represent our company professionally on every service call.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform retrofit and replacement HVAC installations
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Recommend solutions that best serve the customer's needs
• Follow Quality's proven service procedures and technology
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Experience diagnosing, servicing, or installing residential HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a union drug screening
• Honest work history with strong integrity
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred

• EPA 608 Certification
• OSHA 30
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with residential retrofit installations
