HVAC TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems efficiently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
