HVAC Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Technician to join our team here at Community Property Management.

You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Valid Driver's license and dependable vehicle.
• Availability to be on-call and assist in after hours emergency situations
• Availability to work longer hours and weekends during market turnover in June, July and August ( specific dates vary from year
• Maintain good rapport with current and prospective residents
• Regularly assess the properties for safety and preventative maintenance opportunities
