Colonial Plumbing, Heating & Air, a respected family-owned company serving Colonial Heights, VA, is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our professional team. This position offers a competitive base pay of $32 – $45 per hour, with total annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to over $100,000/year for top performers. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will diagnose issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Professional communication with both customers and team members will be an essential part of your daily routine.
