HVAC Technician

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of service experience in HVAC/R
• Proficiency in basic refrigeration concepts
• Ability to wire and start up various systems, including split systems, mini splits, heat pumps, AC units, rooftop units, VAV systems, and walk-in coolers
• Strong skills in reading wiring schematics
• Detail-oriented when it comes to writing up comprehensive service reports
• Knowledge of key HVAC/R components such as relays, interlocks, smoke detectors, thermostats, crankcase heaters, and head pressure controls
• Skilled in pulling a vacuum and properly charging systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for system failures
• Strong communication skills to interact with both the team and clients

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: At least 2 years in HVAC (Required)
• Licenses/Certifications: EPA Type II (Preferred), Driver's License (Required)
