HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, with a focus on maintaining and servicing residential and commercial equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC operations.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience as a HVAC/R Technician with no less than 10 years experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of thermal dynamix and industrial mechanics.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for HVAC equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• EPA systems certification is required.
