What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Test newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance.
  • Diagnose system issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
  • Explain system operation, maintenance recommendations, and repair options to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Complete work orders, service reports, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and service parts.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation and service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Plumbing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $25.00–$40.00/hour based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission of up to 5% on qualifying sales.
