Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Requirements

• At least five years of HVAC and general maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Applicable trade licenses and certifications
• Knowledge of package units, split systems, boilers, refrigeration, and HVAC controls
• Ability to read instructions, safety policies, and technical manuals
• Ability to use tablets, smartphones, Microsoft Office, and work-order systems
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and applicable building codes
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and around electrical and mechanical hazards

Job Duties

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive HVAC maintenance
• Inspect and repair belts, pulleys, motors, compressors, burners, and controls
• Clean and test condensate drains
• Diagnose airflow, ductwork, refrigerant, and electrical problems
• Service package units, split systems, and boilers
• Braze and repair copper components
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and roofing work
• Complete work orders, service reports, and inspection documentation
• Submit timesheets, expenses, and purchasing-card logs
• Provide estimates for larger repairs and projects
• Communicate service status to customers and internal teams
• Attend required safety training and weekly meetings
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company procedures
