Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Durham, NC area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Inspect HVAC systems and their components: heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.
Install heating and air conditioning equipment and systems to provide enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of HVAC systems
Repair heating and air conditioning systems and/or components: pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.
Diagnose problems and provide technical guidance and assistance to assigned employees
2+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Valid driver's license
Able to develop plans, troubleshoot systems, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
