HVAC Service Technician
Location: Pittsgrove, NJ
Compensation: $26-38/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform service calls and identify equipment issues accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local codes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Ace Hardware brand
What You Need
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and repair procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
- Experience working independently in a field-service environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM until finish
