Pay Rate: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required)

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC and general maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and building maintenance
• Ability to read schematics and work independently in the field

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; work in indoor/outdoor environments
• Ability to climb, bend, and work around mechanical systems

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems (package units, split systems, boilers)
• Diagnose and service mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Inspect and repair components such as compressors, motors, belts, and electrical circuits
• Handle refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA standards
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Use mobile technology to manage work orders, service reports, and inspections
• Travel locally between customer sites and maintain strong client relationships
