HVAC Technician - FIELD, OVERNIGHT, TRAVEL, United State

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial or industrial HVAC service and installation.
2. Refrigeration experience is a plus.
3. BMS/EMS experience is a plus. 
4. Travel Readiness: Proven ability to manage a 75%–100% travel schedule and work consecutive overnight shifts.
5. Communication:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

1. Expert-level electrical troubleshooting, brazing, and soldering, and proficiency with digital diagnostic tools.
2. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
3. Familiarity with estimates and takeoffs.  

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to work at heights (ladders and rooftops) and in various weather conditions during night hours.

1. National Field Execution: Travel extensively to various project sites across the U.S. to lead commercial HVAC service and installation projects.
2. Overnight Operations: Perform system diagnostics, retrofits, installations, and repairs during night shifts to ensure zero disruption to our clients' business operations.
3. Technical Compliance: Ensure all work is performed to California C-20 standards, local building codes, and EPA regulations.
4. System Maintenance: Service and troubleshoot commercial-grade units, including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and VAV boxes.
5. Reporting: Maintain accurate digital logs of work orders, refrigerant usage (EPA compliance), and project progress.
6. Supervise a crew of HVAC technicians on-site. 
7. Interact professionally and courteously with clients and other contractors on site.
