Resource's typical working day:
Group of 6 mobile techs, they will meet every morning and be dispatched to a variety of clients. This role is very fluid, and candidates need to be able to adapt to different expectations every day. They also need to be able to work well with a team.

Years of Experience needed:
at least 3

Level of Education:
H.S Diploma or GED

Systems/Software proficiencies:
Basic Microsoft Office Outlook Skills

Certifications/Licenses:
CFC Certification preferred

Top Must have Skills:
Experience with HVAC
Experience working within a team structure
Needs to be flexible

Top Nice to have Skills:
Electrical experience
Experience with PM Schedules
QHSE or Safety Certifications

Interview Process:

1st round phone screen with manager
2nd round virtual interview with manager and upper manager





Summary:
As a *** HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for
commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled
maintenance.
