A leading provider of residential home services is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their Home Services Team in Harrisburg, PA.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Installation, maintenance, service, and/or repair of HVAC Systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other related equipment
- Inspection and assessment of HVAC systems for performance issues, identifying problems and providing recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Serving as a trusted advisor to recommend appropriate upgrades
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC system malfunctions, using specialized tools and equipment
- Routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels
- Installation and repair of ductwork, as needed, to ensure proper airflow and ventilation
- Testing of HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service, answering questions, and explaining repairs or maintenance recommendations to customers
- Accurate record-keeping of work performed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Adherence to safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
- Promotion and adherence to building, job site, and department procedures and policies
- Maintenance of a clean, organized, and mechanically sound company-provided service vehicle
- Compliance with the company's uniform and appearance policy, NFPA 70E regulations, and the operation of a company vehicle for service or installation jobs



Key Requirements:

- 5 or more years of experience
- High school diploma, completion of G.E.D.
- Operating knowledge of HVAC system
- Equivalent technical school or work experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required
- EPA Universal & Refrigeration Certification
