Pay Range: $24 to $26 USD. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and codes.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, filter replacement, and system checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and practices.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service repair
- Must current and up to date HVAC certification
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with building management and residents
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions (e.g., confined spaces, extreme temperatures)
- Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
- Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
- Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
- Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
