Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday
• In-person, on-site work at client properties

Job Summary

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential system issues.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC problems and replace defective components.
• Provide professional customer service and explain repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
• Follow all safety and refrigerant handling requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial AHU experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Flexible schedule and availability to respond to emergency and on-call service needs.

Working Conditions

• Work in commercial and outdoor environments.
• Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing hands-on HVAC duties.
• Must be available for on-call emergency situations, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
