Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer with a minimum of three years of experience servicing and installing oil and gas fired heating systems. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment.
• Service and troubleshoot oil-fired and gas-fired heating systems.
• Perform annual preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Inspect equipment for safety, efficiency, and proper operation.
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and options to customers.
• Complete work orders and service documentation accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience required.
• Hands-on experience with oil and gas-fired heating systems is required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must reside within our local service area due to on-call responsibilities.
