Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can handle both residential service and commercial HVAC work. The ideal candidate will represent Edwards Plumbing & Heating with honesty, professionalism, and integrity on every call or project. This role includes diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes as well as assisting with commercial and light commercial work.
Candidates should be experienced with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, rooftop units, thermostats, humidifiers, and indoor air quality systems. They should be comfortable with maintenance, emergency service, troubleshooting, system replacements, and installation work, while delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have at least 3 years of HVAC experience and be confident working in both residential and commercial settings. Strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, dependability, and good communication are essential. EPA certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
