We employ highly trained technicians who continue training through continuing education classes. At Acme our number one goal is customer satisfaction. A Day in the Life as an HVAC Service Technician

You’ll be engaging with our highly valuable customers in their homes/businesses on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care by being courteous and helpful. Your ability to follow and carry out manager’s directions will help you accurately complete required jobs in a timely manner according to a set schedule. You’ll use your industry knowledge to select appropriate materials and equipment needed to complete the job and you will maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. There is always something to be done and always a new project to complete, bringing you satisfaction in a full day’s work. We offer 40 hours per week year around.

What you Need to be Qualified for this Job

To be qualified for this job, at least two years previous HVAC Service Technician/Installer experience is required. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will take our customer service to a whole new level. Your ability to provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company policy and procedures will ensure customer satisfaction. Your team player attitude will come in handy as you work with co-workers and management, and your valid driving skills and clean driving record will be an asset to our company. This position requires physical activities including extended periods of standing and walking, frequent kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping and climbing.
