Shift: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
Hours may vary;some weekends required
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Kearney, NE. This is a hands-on role for someone skilled in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and resolve system issues
Replace or upgrade system components as needed
Maintain service and refrigerant records
Consult with customers on system performance, recommendations and solutions
Ensure all work follows safety standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
Proven HVAC experience required (on-the-job training or prior field experience)
Strong mechanical and technical skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, components and controls
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver s license
Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
