Now hiring: HVAC Technician | Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Lakewood, CO

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM | Overtime as needed in the evening or on Saturday

We're hiring a direct-hire HVAC Technician to maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems across customer sites. If you have strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, EPA Universal certification, and experience with commercial building maintenance, you'll enjoy a company vehicle, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work independently while making a real impact.

HVAC Technician Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC and general building maintenance experience.
  • EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and complete digital work orders.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, and boilers.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues while maintaining safe, efficient operations.
  • Complete work orders, inspections, service reports, and documentation using a company tablet or smartphone.
  • Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance repairs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while traveling locally between commercial properties in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Follow OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and all company safety procedures while supporting preventive and emergency maintenance.
