HVAC Technician

Location: On the Road (Field-Based)

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000 - $350,000/year (Yes, you read that right!)

We’re on the hunt for a skilled, motivated, and sales-savvy HVAC Technician who’s ready to dominate in the field. If you've got at least 3 years of hands-on experience with residential and light commercial systems, this is your opportunity to thrive.

What You’ll Be Rockin’:

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems like a boss
• Turn routine maintenance calls into high-value sales opportunities
• Recommend and sell HVAC system replacements, air flow, and air quality upgrades
• Design, install, or modify ductwork like an HVAC artist
• Deliver top-notch preventative maintenance services
• Support and train junior and mid-level techs
• Jump in for field/technical support and quality inspections
• Keep your truck stocked and your parts game strong
• Help out with general maintenance tasks when needed
• Keep customer relationships smooth, positive, and professional

You’ve Got the Goods If You:

• Have 3+ years of HVAC field experience
• Are EPA certified (NATE certification is a bonus!)
• Know how to close a deal and upsell with confidence
• Can work in heat, cold, tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics
• Can lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
• Have a clean driving record and pass a background check & drug test
• Show up clean, professional, and ready to impress
• Know your way around a tablet or computer

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
