Position Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. This role is ideal for a developing technician who is comfortable performing installations, maintenance, and basic service work while continuing to build advanced troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems
Assist with light commercial service and installation projects
Diagnose common mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and system adjustments
Install HVAC units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC trade school, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
2–3 years of field experience in residential HVAC
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
EPA 608 certification preferred
