HVAC Technician - Residential Service | $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | available overtime

$8,000 Sign on Bonus for qualified candidates

Job Duties:

• Diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Annual and routine maintenance
• Providing expert customer service and consulting on repairs, upgrades, and replacements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification with strong understanding of superheat and subcooling principles
• Skilled in diagnosing system issues and making informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
• Ability and willingness to obtain Mechanical License within 2 years of employment
• Working knowledge of basic sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid driver''s license with an insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
