Hvac Technician

The HVAC Technician will join G&E Real Estate Management Services Inc. in the North West San Francisco - 2147277 department, reporting to the Chief Engineer. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response of critical mechanical, chilled water, and environmental control systems across our portfolio. Work is performed on a rotating shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to ensure continuous facility uptime and zero unscheduled downtime.
