Compensation Range: $37.00 to $45.00 Hourly


Position Summary: Our Newton based residential HVAC company is hiring a full time HVAC Technician to focus on service and maintenance. This position acts as the bridge between basic maintenance and advanced service execution. It is tailored for a professional who is comfortable working alone on standard calls and is looking for a company that will actively invest in their long term licensing and career growth.


Essential Job Functions:

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on residential air conditioning and heating systems.
• Diagnose basic to intermediate mechanical failures and execute reliable repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Communicate transparently with homeowners regarding service options and system longevity.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Verifiable experience running independent residential HVAC maintenance calls.
• Must hold a valid Apprentice card in the state of Massachusetts.
• A clear commitment to earning a full Refrigeration Technician License (company paid support provided).
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service capabilities.
