We are searching for a Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience who is detail oriented, customer service focused and has experience working with Residential HVAC Equipment (Mini split; Gas/Oil Furnace; Heat Pump).The desired candidate will have the following:A minimum of 5 years' experienceHave a customer focus mindsetBrazing and Soldering skills (preferred)EPA Certification (preferred)High School Diploma or equivalentBe comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round (weather conditions can be extremely hot or cold)Be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment.Be able to drive a company vehicleLift, Push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds and objects over 50 pounds with the assistance of a team lift or forklift/lift gate.Standing, sitting, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 100% of the timeIn addition to great pay, paid time off, training, flexibility, and benefits, we promote a positive culture where employees enjoy what they do and are empowered to make the customer's experience so positive that they have no choice but to use us again and again.
