Qualifications
1–3+ years of HVAC installation, service, or maintenance experience preferred.
Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift equipment and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and construction sites.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist with testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems.
Perform airflow and hydronic system measurements.
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Use specialized testing and balancing instruments.
Document field data and prepare reports.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and building owners.
Follow all company safety procedures.
We're looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. This position includes paid training to become a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technician, a specialized role that ensures HVAC systems perform efficiently and meet design specifications.
No prior TAB experience is required. If you have a solid HVAC background, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need.
