Marshall Industrial Technologies (Employee Owned Company- ESOP) We are searching for Commercial & Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians in the New Jersey area. Marshall is seeking HVAC Technicians who want to be part of a growing company with a strong desire to provide quality service to our customers. We are looking to add self-driven, experienced and qualified HVAC and Refrigeration technicians to our team.
Marshall Industrial Technologies an Industrial/Commercial HVAC/R company headquartered in Trenton, NJ that serves multi-site commercial & industrial businesses in NJ & PA. We are committed to creating an environment that is supportive and informative where our team can thrive while providing our customers with reliable service.
Applicants should:
Have a minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience, 5+ preferred. Have a minimum of 2 years of refrigeration service experience. Have a high standard of workmanship. Possess a strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals. Be willing to travel daily throughout the service area. Be team oriented. Possess strong customer service skills. Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities. Have a clean driving record.
