What You'll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating & air conditioning systems
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
Clearly explain repair options to customers
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (Required)
OSHA Certification (Required)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work independently while supporting the team
