We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Technician position in Virginia Beach, Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
- Must have EPA Universal Certification
- Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred.
- Direct Digital Controls (DDC) knowledge and experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities.
- Ability to lift, carry, climb, kneel, and perform other physically demanding tasks in various work environments.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems of various sizes.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repairs.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete service calls.
- Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide effective service solutions.
- Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation as required.
