Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Technician position in Virginia Beach, Virginia!

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
Must have EPA Universal Certification
Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred.
Direct Digital Controls (DDC) knowledge and experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities.
Ability to lift, carry, climb, kneel, and perform other physically demanding tasks in various work environments.

Job Duties entail but are not limited to:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems of various sizes.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective repairs.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Work independently or collaboratively with team members to complete service calls.
Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide effective service solutions.
Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation as required.
