Job Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform residential HVAC installations as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate work documentation
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check
