HVAC Technicition
Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician | $25-$35/Hour Based on Experience
Are you a seasoned HVAC tech who's tired of being treated like a number? Ready to work for a company that actually respects your skill set and gives you room to grow? We're growing fast and looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician with 5-10+ years of real-world field experience - someone who can diagnose, repair, and lead from the front on both Residential and Light Commercial work.
What you'll be working on:
- Gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers & package units
- Mini-splits & commercial rooftop units (RTUs)
- Advanced troubleshooting - electrical, refrigeration, airflow & controls
- Preventative maintenance, repairs & system replacements
- Direct communication with homeowners & commercial clients
What you need to bring:
- 5-10+ years HVAC Service Experience (Required)
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Professional appearance & serious work ethic
