Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system failures accurately and efficiently
Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
Represent Bassett Home Heating professionally on every job site
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle on-call shifts
