About the Role:
Above All Air Heating and Cooling LLC is looking for skilled HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our growing team in Port Saint Lucie, FL! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch comfort solutions and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.



Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units and components
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately
• Manage parts, tools, and equipment inventory on service vehicles

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Installer, or similar role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, and ductwork
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in outdoor Florida conditions, including heat and humidity
