About the Role: SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Technician to join our growing team in Roseto, PA. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, keeping our team equipped and ready to deliver top-notch heating and cooling solutions to our customers. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
Pick, pack, and stage materials for field technicians and installation crews
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Manage the storage and handling of HVAC units, refrigerants, and components
Coordinate with service and installation teams to fulfill parts and equipment requests
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Process returns and manage warranty parts documentation
Requirements:
Prior experience in a warehouse, HVAC supply, or mechanical trade environment preferred
Familiarity with HVAC equipment, parts, and terminology is a strong plus
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) safely
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
Valid driver's license preferred
