HVAC Warranty Technician

West Coast Heating, Air and Solar are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Warranty Technician to support our Service, Maintenance, and Installation teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, supporting team development, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.Position OverviewThe HVAC Warranty Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing and resolving warranty and recall-related issues across both service and installation functions. This position requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and a passion for training and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform warranty and recall service work across HVAC Service/Maintenance and Installation departmentsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs with a high level of accuracyProvide technical support and guidance to HVAC technicians in the fieldDocument service work thoroughly, including completion of warranty-related forms in ServiceTitanCommunicate recall-related findings to appropriate managers within a 24-hour timeframeCollaborate with managers to identify trends and training opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement by contributing to issue resolution and process refinementEngage with manufacturer technical support when neededAssist the Service department during high-demand periodsQualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and/or installationStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across residential systemsAbility to create clear, concise, and accurate service documentationExperience working with ServiceTitan or similar field service software (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to train, mentor, and support fellow techniciansCommitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to pass a background check and drug testEPA Certification is a MUSTHow to Apply: If you are a skilled and dedicated HVAC Warranty Technician looking to join a reputable company with opportunities for growth and development, we want to hear from you!
