    Impact you’ll make

    You will be the go-to expert clients trust for:

    • Installing, commissioning, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems such as walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice makers.
    • Diagnosing issues quickly and returning equipment to optimal performance.
    • Performing recurring maintenance and detailed inspections to prevent downtime.
    • Advising customers with clear communication and practical recommendations.
    • Maintaining thorough service documentation and maintenance records.
    • Keeping pace with innovations and best practices in refrigeration technology.
    • Upholding rigorous safety procedures and regulatory compliance on every task.

    What sets you up for success

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in refrigeration/HVAC preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience as a refrigeration technician or comparable position.
    • Deep familiarity with refrigeration components and system operation.
    • Ability to work with electrical circuits and mechanical assemblies.
    • Exceptional diagnostic ability and attention to detail.
    • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
