Your Impact
Own installations for rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems
Start up and commission new equipment per specs and documentation
Troubleshoot and repair system issues to restore performance
Swap critical components: compressors, control boards, and more
Maintain existing systems to extend life and efficiency
Meet or exceed safety codes, standards, and best practices
Coordinate with project managers and team members for smooth execution
What Makes You a Fit
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Sharp diagnostic skills and methodical problem-solving
Comfort working independently and handling start-up procedures
EPA Certification (Required)
Valid Driver’s License + reliable transportation
Basic hand tools in your kit
