HVACR Residential Systems Mechanic

As an HVACR Residential Systems Mechanic, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on, with the flexibility to support light commercial work when needed.

Impact you’ll make

• Own residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation assignments
• Diagnose and resolve issues in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Install and start up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
• Conduct preventative maintenance and seasonal service
• Respond to emergency calls to quickly restore comfort and uptime
• Contribute to light commercial service and install projects
• Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacements
• Work safely, meet code requirements, and uphold company standards
• Educate customers with clear explanations and recommendations
• Document work thoroughly and accurately
• Care for your tools, test gear, and company vehicle

What you bring

• Proven HVAC service, installation, and repair background (residential required)
• Commercial experience is a plus
• EPA Certification preferred
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Independent problem-solver with strong time management
• Customer-first communication style
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable indoors and outdoors
• Professional approach to emergency/after-hours calls when on-call (One weekend monthly)

Where and when you’ll work

• Monday – Friday - 7AM to 4PM
• Technicians remain on duty until all scheduled service calls are completed
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00/hour, depending on experience and certifications
