Trade the service van for a teaching lab without giving up the satisfaction of solving real problems. As an HVACR Technical Training Specialist, you’ll turn your field experience into future-ready skills for new technicians—no prior teaching background required. We’ll train you to lead the classroom; you bring the craft, curiosity, and care for people.
A day in the life
Start the morning calibrating training equipment and welcoming students. Deliver a safety briefing, then demonstrate a live diagnostic on a refrigeration system—gauges, readings, root cause. After a hands-on lab where you coach troubleshooting techniques, you’ll review student progress, mentor a team on a mini split install plan, and wrap the day refining lesson content with fellow instructors to keep pace with industry advancements.
