Summary

We are seeking an experienced HxGN EAM Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of HxGN Enterprise Asset Management (formerly Infor EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management, project delivery, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and HxGN EAM configuration. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to ensure successful implementation and adoption of EAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HxGN EAM implementation and rollout projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Facilitate business process review workshops and develop As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
  • Configure and administer HxGN EAM modules based on business requirements.
  • Utilize the HxGN EAM Extensibility Framework to support system customizations and enhancements.
  • Prepare technical design documents, functional specifications, configuration documentation, and implementation guides.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, providing mitigation strategies and timely escalations.
  • Produce regular project status reports, executive dashboards, and progress updates for program leadership.
  • Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and support organizational change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to ensure seamless implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations.
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
  • Strong experience configuring HxGN EAM modules and administering Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using the HxGN EAM Extensibility Framework for system customization and enhancement.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide software implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the Railroad, Transit, Transportation, or Public Sector industries.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, work management, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data migration, testing, and training activities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
