We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR efforts, focusing on recruiting top talent, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include
- overseeing recruitment and candidate selection,
- enforcing HR policies and employment laws,
- leading training, coaching, and development programs,
- managing compensation, benefits, and union relations,

Qualifications include at least 5 years of HR experience in hospitality or similar fields, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in data management.
