Requirements
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment with outbound calling exposure
• High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency using multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience with outbound dialing systems and structured call workflows
• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to business-to-business interactions
• Ability to multitask, document accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
