A leading investment bank may seek a Hybrid Capital Analyst to support innovative financing solutions that combine debt, equity, and hybrid instruments for corporate clients. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in capital structure optimization, transaction execution, and financial modeling across multiple financing channels.
Build and maintain financial models for hybrid financing structures, including mezzanine debt, convertible instruments, preferred equity, and structured capital solutions
Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses to support hybrid capital offerings
Support live capital raising transactions, recapitalizations, and structured financings
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations
Assist with due diligence, documentation, and transaction execution
Collaborate with senior bankers across deal structuring, investor strategy, and financing workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and hybrid financing techniques
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
