Supporting emotional wellness for academic success!
In School and Outpatient Clinician (Full Time)
Help clients thrive in school, in our office, and online! Transitions Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, dedicated clinicians for a full time position that combines in school counseling in our partnering public school districts with outpatient work at our Franklin office and through virtual sessions. If you love working with kids and teens, want variety in your week, value autonomy, and want to be part of a supportive and genuinely fun team, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role
This position blends two settings into one full time caseload:
In School Counseling (part of your week)
You will provide individual counseling to students during the school day, working closely and collaboratively with school counselors and staff to support each student's success. Positions are available serving students from elementary age through high school. Some evening and weekend hours are required for family sessions, parent meetings, intake assessments, and treatment planning update sessions.
Outpatient Counseling (part of your week)
You will see outpatient clients at our Franklin office and through virtual sessions. Our outpatient practice serves children, teens, adults, and older adults through individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Outside of school hours, your outpatient schedule is flexible and autonomous, so you can build it in the way that works best for you and the clients you serve.
Where You Will Work
In schools: We are currently seeking counselors to serve one or a combination of districts and schools, including North Attleboro, Mansfield, Medway, and/or Bellingham. Some travel between districts and between school buildings is part of the role, and reliable transportation is required.
Outpatient: Our Franklin office, plus virtual sessions.
