TTEC is seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative - Outbound B2B in Tempe, AZ to engage warm leads through structured outbound consultations and support small business solutions. Top requirements for this role include at least 1 year of call center customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with outbound dialing systems or high-volume calling.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay & Incentives: Base wage starting at $18.50 per hour, up to $1,000 monthly performance bonuses for top performers, and a $1,400 retention bonus opportunity for eligible new hires.
- Work Schedule & Flexibility: Monday to Friday B2B schedule with weekends off, plus hybrid work options following training based on performance.

- Outbound Customer Engagement: Conduct structured, personalized B2B calls following established flows and quality standards to uncover customer needs.
- Collaboration & Handoffs: Partner closely with sales and support teams to streamline day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth transitions.
- System Documentation & Adaptation: Accurately document customer interactions across multiple systems while adapting quickly to an evolving business environment.

Job Requirements
