Hybrid Driver/Order Picker

Position Summary

We are seeking two dependable and motivated Driver / Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a hybrid position that combines local delivery driving with warehouse order fulfillment responsibilities. Approximately half of the workweek may involve warehouse duties such as pulling, packing, and organizing inventory, while the remaining time will be spent making deliveries and transporting products to customers.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in both a driving and warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Driving Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and business locations

• Load and unload merchandise for delivery routes

• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Pull and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Sort, stock, and organize incoming inventory

• Break down pallets and prepare products for storage or shipment

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners

• Support team members with general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer and math skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Bend, stoop, reach, and climb as required during warehouse operations

• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
