Email Marketing Lead (Hybrid) Digital & Customer Engagement
We are partnering with a leading organization to identify an Email Marketing Lead to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of customer-facing email campaigns. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role with strong visibility across digital marketing and customer experience teams.
This role follows a hybrid schedule
Pay Rate: $38/hour
Estimated Contract Length: 9 months
What Youll Do
- Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and delivery
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns through testing
- Partner with technical teams to enhance email capabilities
- Present results and insights to stakeholders
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of email or digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Strong understanding of email best practices and campaign optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Technical Skills
- HTML/CSS for email
- Experience with email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud required)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.)
- Exposure to tools like Litmus, Movable Ink, or similar
- Basic knowledge of AMPscript or SQL is a plus
